What is Nalu?

With family in Hawaii,

Island Culture is very close to my heart.

Nalu means ‘wave’ in Hawaiian.

To successfully catch a wave and surf it, you have to understand technique, practice, have patience, and have persistence. Not every wave is the right one to catch. You’re not always ready when it arrives. You’re going to miss some, and you WILL fall… but if you keep trying and stay positive, you will catch one. AND - you will have learned so much along the way.

Our professional lives are filled with unexpected waves, ones that lift us up and ones that challenge us. I’ve borrowed the word ‘Nalu’ as my company name because I think this analogy is perfect for a business focused on helping people navigate careers and hiring.
