Where to now?

Where are you currently in your career journey? Are you blissfully fulfilled in your current job, or are you yearning for something more? Perhaps you've been contemplating a change for a while, or you're just embarking on your professional path. Maybe you're job hunting once again, or you've chosen to stay in your current role for the sake of stability.

No matter where you find yourself in your career journey, I can relate. In my own career, I have:

  • Faced the daunting task of job hunting in 2008 (I know, not the best timing)

  • Ditched a stable job to research, network, and ultimately - land my dream job in a completely new industry

  • Became a top performer and built a large, lasting professional network (both IRL and on LinkedIn)

  • Returned from maternity leave amidst the peak of the Covid pandemic, embracing a different role with no office location (who else worked from home using patio furniture?)

  • Pioneered the creation of an entire department from scratch in an entirely new industry.

Some of our most challenging career moments often lead to the greatest outcomes, and I can honestly say I have felt this in my personal career journey.

I am deeply passionate about empowering individuals with the knowledge and confidence necessary to take bold steps and achieve success in their careers. It has been my privilege to assist thousands of individuals as they navigate the complexities of exploring job changes, networking within specific industries, preparing for interviews, negotiating salaries, seeking promotions, and even taking the leap to hand in their notice - guiding them through every step of the way.

Throughout my journey, I've not only witnessed what works exceptionally well but have also gained valuable insights on what to avoid. I've accumulated a wealth of insider tips that I'm eager to share with you - supporting you as you embark on your unique career path.

Regardless of where your career journey leads, one thing remains certain: You've got this.
