I am a Recruiter, Advisor, Speaker, Mother, and heart-forward Leader with an endless interest in helping others succeed. I was connecting friends with their dream jobs long before realizing it could be a profession.
I’ve spent more than a decade of my professional life helping clients engage top talent, and helping professionals navigate their careers. I am passionate about empowering business leaders and individuals with the tools and knowledge to confidently make hiring and career decisions.
I am a Certified Personnel Consultant with the Association of Canadian Search, Employment & Staffing Services (ACSESS) and hold a Certificate in Foundations in Diversity and Inclusion from the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion (CCDI).
My corporate career includes launching an in-house Executive Search service for one of Canada's largest Health Authorities, successfully building a recruitment team with an exclusive focus recruiting for Vice President, Executive Director, and Medical Leadership positions.
Prior to this, I worked for one of Canada's most reputable recruitment agencies, managing operations and delivering recruitment services to a range of Canadian organizations. I have experience recruiting for almost every role and type of business. I’ve specialized in a number of industries, including but not limited to Non-Profit, Health Care, Finance, Banking and Investments, Real Estate Lending, Real Estate Investment and Asset Management.
At Nalu Recruitment, my expertise is dedicated to helping both organizations and career professionals chart a course for success. I specialize in building efficient and effective hiring infrastructure, offering advanced training for established recruitment teams, and providing tailored consulting and advisory services to small businesses as they scale their operations.
With deep insider knowledge and a proven track record of guiding thousands of individuals throughout their career journeys, I am a trusted partner and coach to individuals as they navigate their next career move, regardless of their career stage—whether starting out, navigating a mid-career transition, or aiming for an executive-level position.
