Hey there! I’m Alana.

Welcome! Allow me to introduce myself.

I am a wife and mama who loves spending time at the beach - rain or shine.

(Well, maybe I prefer the slopes on the really rainy winter days!)

Lucky for me, I was born in Vancouver and still get to call this place home, with my husband and kiddo.

I was raised by two hard-working entrepreneurs, but spent the first 15 years of my career in corporate jobs. I made the big (but I guess not surprising!) decision to go out on my own last year. I am now treasuring the creativity of working for myself and more family time (and hilarious toddler conversations) during preschool drop-offs and pick ups.

With a background in Executive Search and Recruitment Services, I have over a decade of experience supporting clients in a variety of businesses and industries (from a private equity firm with less than 10 employees, to a national wealth management group with almost 500 staff, to a health care provider with over 40,000 people… you get the point).

I love working with clients, BUT I am also super-fueled by candidate relationships. I’ve always loved getting to know people and their career paths… (what do you do? what do you like most? least? what do you want to do next? I could spend all day fueling my curiosity!) I love working to support candidates’ career goals, but until now - I was never in the position to support candidates ‘intentionally’.

I am excited to serve YOU. In the coming weeks I will begin sharing all sorts of content aimed to help you navigate through all the exciting, but sometimes unexpected, stages of your career and being an employer.
